Marketplace

MagApe’s very own marketplace is designed to foster community activities in our ecosystem. It is designed for users to trade NFTs, and purchase User-generated content (UGC) or game merchandise. Any user can list their NFTs on our marketplace, setting their desired price. As a decentralised platform, listing fees will incorporate a nominal gas fee for smart contract operations. This not only ensures the integrity of listings but also deters non-genuine parties from malicious activities that could disrupt the pricing of other NFTs. To maintain cohesion, all transactions within our marketplace will exclusively utilise our utility token.

Upon purchase of an NFT, ownership immediately transfers from the seller to the buyer, along with any in-game abilities granted by the NFT. A nominal allowance fee is paid by the buyer to facilitate the transfer of funds from buyer to seller. Additionally, a separate transaction completes the sales process.

For game merchandise, only voted-in games or those that have contributed to our ecosystem can sell their merchandise. These items are typically one-off and may include physical products, with fulfillment managed exclusively by the merchant. In-game merchandise, such as boosts or extended playtime, takes immediate effect upon purchase.

Players with a UGC NFT pass to gain access to become content creators, crafting visually appealing costumes, avatars, and other cosmetic-related NFTs for games. These NFTs are purely aesthetic and do not confer any in-game abilities. Proceeds from the sale of these NFTs are shared between the creator and the game merchant, with gas fees incurred only upon purchase.

Our marketplace stands as a pioneering platform that hassle-free transitions between on-chain and off-chain items. However, listings and usage are restricted to our own NFTs and game merchants, ensuring a curated and cohesive experience for our users.
